Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
These Terms are a working private-beta draft for Porngames Ads. They should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public launch.
1. Platform
Porngames Ads provides ad serving, tracking, campaign routing, verification tools, reporting, and payout management for adult game developers and publishers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to participate in adult advertising, affiliate marketing, and payout programs in your jurisdiction.
3. Closed beta
The platform is currently operated as a closed beta. We may approve, reject, pause, or remove accounts, sites, games, campaigns, creatives, and payouts at our discretion during testing.
4. Verification and audit logs
By submitting a publisher site, game, account, campaign participation request, or ownership claim, you agree that we may collect and store submitted URLs, account details, ownership evidence, IP address, user agent, login records, verification tokens, verification attempts, payment details, and related account activity.
This information may be used to verify publisher site ownership, developer game ownership, prevent fraud, investigate suspicious activity, resolve ownership disputes, calculate revenue shares, and protect the platform, publishers, developers, and advertisers.
5. Site and game approvals
Site Ownership, Site Ad Eligibility, Publisher Account Verification, and Game Ownership Verification are separate checks. A site or game may be rejected, disputed, paused, or banned even if another check has passed.
6. Revenue share
Unless otherwise agreed, tracked revenue is split as follows: 25% platform, 50% game developer, and 25% publisher. Revenue may be reserved or held until the related verification and approval requirements are completed.
7. Payouts
The minimum payout is $100. Payouts may be made through Paxum or USDT ERC20. Incorrect payment details, unsupported crypto networks, fraud concerns, disputes, chargebacks, or incomplete verification may delay or prevent payout.
8. Disputes and legal requests
In the event of a dispute, suspected fraud, legal claim, chargeback, ownership conflict, or lawful request, relevant records may be shared with third-party legal advisors, law firms, courts, payment providers, affiliate networks, or competent authorities where reasonably necessary.
9. Prohibited activity
You may not submit stolen content, misleading ownership claims, illegal content, non-consensual content, traffic fraud, automated click activity, malware, or any activity that violates applicable law or platform policies.
