Publisher Agreement

Private beta draft. Publishers may add sites only with authorization and must not send fraudulent, bot, misleading, illegal, or non-compliant traffic.

Site approval

Each site has separate Site Ownership and Site Ad Eligibility checks. Ads are served only when Site Ownership is Passed, Site Ad Eligibility is Passed, and the site is active.

Revenue and payout

Publisher revenue may be reserved until Publisher Account Verification is complete. Minimum payout is $100 through Paxum or USDT ERC20.

Traffic quality

We may pause, reject, ban, or withhold revenue for suspicious traffic, invalid clicks, malware, cloaking, misleading placement, or policy violations.
